Halloween at the White House, 2019

This photograph, taken by Matthew D'Agostino for the White House Historical Association on October 28, 2019, shows members of a ceremonial honor guard waiting behind a closed door prior to the arrival of President Donald Trump and for a Halloween celebration at the White House for local schoolchildren and military families. The South Portico was festively decorated by the event with designs by the first lady and social secretary Anna Cristina "Rickie" Niceta Lloyd. In this photograph, members of the United States Air Force Strolling Strings can be seen performing behind a sign for the event on the South Portico.
